Bishop Joseph Wambugu has been the shepherd of COHIM since 2012 With a heart for teaching, pastoral care, and leadership. The bishop is passionate about guiding people toward a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and equipping them to live out their faith in practical ways.

Vision for the Church:
Bishop Joseph envisions a church where people from all walks of life can come together to experience the love of God and grow in faith. Under his leadership, we are focused on deepening our worship, building strong small group communities, and increasing our outreach to those in need both locally and globally.

Background:
Bishop Joseph holds a Bachelor of Theology from Revelation Bible College and has served in ministry for 32 years. Prior to coming to founding COHIM, He served as an Elder and pastor in Apostolic Faith Church and as Pastor in Deliverance Church. He also worked as an associate pastor and trainer in New Creation Ministries International NCMI at Lanet Nakuru. Bishop Joseph Also trained in Counselling and Psychotherapy by the Barnabas Training Institute and was selected to be their trainers in Kenya. Our bishop is passionate about preaching, counseling, and community outreach, and is committed to seeing people grow spiritually and serve others.
